Workshop & Event Cancellation / Credit Policy
We know life happens. Truly. Because our workshops are small, hands-on, and require advance prep, we do out best to keep things fair for everyone.
If You Need to Cancel
10 or more days before the event:
No problem, you’ll receive a full credit (not a cash refund) for the amount paid, valid for 12 months toward another Feral Ridge Ranch workshop or event.Less than 10 days before the event or no-shows:
At that point, preparations are already underway, so we’re unable to offer credits or refunds.
Can’t Make It but Don’t Want Your Spot to Go to Waste?
You’re welcome to send someone in your place at no extra cost, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
If We Need to Cancel
In the rare event that Feral Ridge Ranch has to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
