FAQ

  • Can I stop by the ranch?

We’d love to see you, but life on the ranch is full-on, and we can’t accommodate visits outside scheduled events. Your best bet is to join us for a workshop, market, or retreat—that way you get the full experience without interrupting chores!

  • How can we purchase meat from you?

Currently, we do not sell meat to the public outside of our animal processing workshops. If you’d like to be notified about upcoming workshops and any future opportunities, be sure to sign up for our newsletter and keep an eye on our social media channels for announcements.

  • Do you offer camping?

Not at the moment! Our little slice of paradise is busy enough keeping the gardens growing and the animals happy.

  • Can I bring my child with me to the workshops?

Our workshops are geared toward adults, so we ask that participants come without kiddos. We do, however, encourage you to take the skills you learn back home to your family.

  • Can I bring my class for a field trip or plan a private event?

We do not host field trips for guests under 18 years of age. However, we welcome private workshops and group experiences for adults! If you’re interested in planning a custom event, team-building day, or private homestead experience, please email us and we’ll work with you to create something special.

  • What if I can’t make it to a workshop I registered for?

Life happens! Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you need to cancel, and we’ll issue a credit toward your next in-person event. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will not be eligible for credit. Virtual events are recorded and shared with attendees, so refunds are not available for those sessions.

  • Can I hunt on your property?

Nope. Only the ranch crew is allowed to hunt here and by hunt, we mean nap in our tree stands.

  • Can I bring my dog or other pets?

For the safety and biosecurity of our animals we ask that pets stay home while you enjoy your visit.
